Major issues this morning with routing on the internet.

First I thought it was just an issue with the trans-pacific pipes being damaged or excessive traffic due to the major Taiwanese earthquake last night, but I've loaded pages from Taiwan and Japan and Malaysia and Thailand and India and New Zealand. It's slow to the UK, but the Independent loaded okay.

Traceroutes to the US though are very ugly right now.
