A First Songbird 1.0 PPC Release

Okay, so let me release this. Before I suggest that the folks at Songbird post it as the contributed build, let's get some testing on it. If you've used an earlier version of Songbird, either pre 0.7 from Songbird or 0.7 and later from here, you will need to delete (or move away) your old profile. {home directory}/Library/Application Support/Songbird2 goes to the trash before launching the 1.0 version of Songbird for the first time.

Songbird 1.0 PPC MacOSX 10.4 or later
md5 for the dmg file

Release the birds!
